The Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO TACOPS IWB Holster from Four Brothers Inc. is designed for secure and comfortable concealed carry. Precision molded specifically for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO TACOPS, this Inside Waistband holster delivers reliable retention, minimal printing, and a consistent draw for everyday carry.

This holster is also compatible with the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO COMP, P365-XMACRO, and P365-XMACRO COMP ROMEOZERO ELITE pistols. Models equipped with a manual safety are fully supported.

Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold created from a CAD model of the actual firearm. All holsters are formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house, then tested with real pistols to ensure proper fit, retention, and draw performance.

The slim holster profile and smooth edges help reduce printing while maintaining comfort during daily carry. Adjustable retention allows you to fine-tune the draw resistance to match your preferred carry setup.

The holster profile is cut to accommodate most slide-mounted red dot optics commonly installed on the P365-XMACRO platform. The open muzzle design also allows compatibility with threaded barrels or compensators that extend beyond the slide.

This holster is also compatible with the Phlster Enigma system, allowing for beltless concealed carry configurations.
